WLX Modular Belt Conveyors

The WLX modular wide belt conveyor is suitable for demanding primary and secondary packaging applications. It addresses important aspects of today's packing processes: easy to clean, smooth handling of products, safe for operators, robust design, long life, and easy to maintain with a low cost of ownership. The conveyor belt consists of plastic hinged links connected by plastic rods. The belt's five standard widths can be delivered: 152, 203, 304, 456, and 608 mm. The belt has a minimal number of seams and open hinges that are easy to clean. The top belt can be lifted, and the outer slide rails can be folded back for easy cleaning. The conveyor system is based on an easy-to-clean, free-hanging return belt for hygiene reasons.
